Important Information Regarding the Spartronics Facility Tour
We want to highlight a few important safety and compliance guidelines for your visit to our facility.
Please note that some of the technology and components we develop are regulated under U.S. export laws known as ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations). This means certain items or demonstrations may be restricted from public viewing. Additionally, access is limited to U.S. persons who are accompanied by authorized staff.
What this means for your visit:
Some work areas may not be open for casual viewing. Visitors entering restricted areas will be accompanied by Spartronics staff.
Photography or recording on site is strictly prohibited. Please follow all posted signs and staff instructions.
Required Onboarding
All participants are required to complete a brief onboarding process to confirm eligibility for entry and ensure compliance with security protocols.
You will receive an email (at least 30 days prior to your visit) with a link to complete the online onboarding form.
During this process, you will need to upload a government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) for verification.
All information submitted will remain confidential and securely stored by Spartronics.
Day of the Tour
You will need a photo ID for check-in.
You will be issued a visitor badge, which must be worn at all times.
Closed-toe shoes are required for safety.
Bags, purses, and backpacks are not permitted on the tour; please leave them in your vehicle.
Cell phones are not allowed during the tour portion. You may store them securely in the designated area provided by Spartronics.
