By registering and agreeing to the terms, you agree:

1. You can walk up to a mile unassisted (not all at once). 
**If you cannot walk a mile without assistance, you understand you are solely responsible for your own transport, whether by walking, walking with a walker, or being pushed in a wheelchair. 
2. You understand there are no refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the trip date.

3. You voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless J and J Adventures, together with its agents, members, managers, officers, representatives, employees, staff and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on its behalf (collectively “J and J”) from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that are in any way connected with your participation in the tour. You hereby agree to release and discharge J and J on behalf of yourself, your heirs, successors, beneficiaries, assigns, personal representative, trustees and estate. You further certify that you have adequate insurance to cover any injury, damage or emergency transportation you may cause or suffer while participating, or else agree to bear the costs of such injury, damage or
emergency transportation costs yourself.
4. You understand that J and J reserves the right to take photographic, digital, or film records of any or all of the Tour. You agree that J and J may use such records for promotional, marketing, and commercial use without any compensation to you. You assign all right, title and interest you have in or to any and all media in which your name or likeness might be used by J and J.
