Student Records Disclosure

There are two categories of educational records under FERPA. Directory information (or releasable information) is general information that may be released to anyone without the consent of the student unless the student indicates otherwise. However, the college does not produce or release student directory information. Personally identifiable information (or non-releasable information) includes all information not defined as directory information and may not generally be released without the student's consent.

Notice of Nondiscrimination

The principle of non-discrimination seeks to guarantee that human rights are exercised without unjust or prejudicial treatment of any kind.
